Shipping Policy

All items will  be shipped via UPS, or a carrier that suites your area. All shipping and handling charges are paid by purchaser, are added to your invoice, and are not refundable.

Damaged Goods Policy

If, within 30 days of purchase, there are any defects from workmanship (and not from improper use or abuse) on items purchased from our store, we will refund your purchase price (excluding shipping) to your credit card used for the purchase, or will exchange said item for another upon recept of price difference and shipping cost for the replacement - after prepaid return and acceptance of the defective item. PREAUTHORIZATION IS REQUIRED FOR ALL RETURNS.  Call us at 715-866-4757, if you have such an issue, or if your shipment is visibly damaged on receipt.
